Fulfilment Policy for SMEBizness Ltd.

1. Goods Purchases

  • Right to Reject Goods (within 30 Days)
    If the goods you purchase are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you have the right to reject the goods and request a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. This includes goods that are defective or differ from the description or images provided on our website. 
  • Right to a Repair or Replacement (after 30 Days)
    If you are not satisfied with the goods and you notify us within 6 months of receipt, you are entitled to request a repair or replacement of the goods if they are faulty or not as described. 
  • Right to a Partial Refund or Price Reduction (if repair/replacement fails)
    If we are unable to repair or replace the goods or the goods remain faulty, you may be entitled to a partial refund or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances. 
  • Right to Refund for Goods Not of Satisfactory Quality or Fit for Purpose
    If the goods you receive are found to be of unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, a full or partial refund may be issued. 

Refunds for goods will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, and any refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the original transaction. 

2. Services Purchases

Our services are delivered in accordance with the terms outlined in the specific contract agreed upon at the time of purchase. By entering into a contract with us, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and service delivery: 

  • Completion of Services as per Contract
    If we have provided the services as outlined in the contract and have met our obligations, no refund will be issued. 
  • Non-Delivery of Services
    If we fail to deliver the services as set out in the contract, you may be entitled to a refund. This refund may be full or partial, depending on the extent to which the services were not delivered or were unsatisfactory. 
  • Service Delivery Timescales
    If there is a delay in the delivery of services beyond the agreed timescale (unless such delay is caused by factors outside our control), we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the delayed portion of the service. 
  • Cancellation of Services
    If you wish to cancel a service that has already been booked or partially delivered, you must notify us in writing. If the cancellation occurs before the service has commenced, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the terms of the contract. If the service has already commenced, we may not be able to offer a refund unless otherwise stated in the contract. 

3. General Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order for goods or services, please contact us immediately. For goods, cancellations are possible before dispatch and we will issue a full refund. For services, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your contract. 
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at info@smebizness.com. Cancellations for services may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the stage of delivery. 

4. Refund Process

All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval, and they will be made using the same method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will only be issued if the goods are returned in accordance with the procedure outlined above or if we have failed to deliver the services as per the contract. 

5. Consumer Rights

Under UK law, you have certain statutory rights in relation to goods and services, and this policy does not affect those rights. In the event of a dispute, we will work to resolve the matter in line with UK consumer protection laws. 

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to meet all of our obligations, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our goods or services. Our liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services in question.
